Registration: ILMA Engage

We’ve heard you, loud and clear! ILMA Engage will now take place midweek, allowing you to enjoy your weekends at home. This year, the event will be held Wednesday, April 2 – Friday, April 4, instead of the traditional Thursday–Saturday schedule. Thanks for your feedback — it’s helping us make ILMA Engage even better for everyone!

Registration

Online registration for 2025 ILMA Engage is closed. Registration will be available on-site, April 2-4.

Cancelations and Transfers

Cancelations before March 7 will be granted a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancelations requested on March 7 or later will not be refunded except for documented health issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Engage meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.

Your guest cannot be affiliated or employed with a company within the lubricants industry. Guest registration includes: Opening Reception, COACHILMA, Lunch Session, Refreshment Breaks, and Breakfast Buffets. Guests are welcome to attend any of the programs throughout the meeting.

Teams of four will compete at the Indian Wells Resort Celebrity Golf Course. With breathtaking mountain views, sparkling waterfalls, and lush fairways, this par-72 course offers a picture-perfect setting for a day of friendly competition and fun. Registration includes greens fee, practice range, golf club pick up/return to Renaissance Esmeralda Resort, sleeve of golf balls, continental breakfast with hot food, and two drink tickets per person.
