ILMA Room Rate - $299 per night
The Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa, located across the street from the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, is accepting reservations for registered attendees only. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your reservation online at the ILMA group rates. If you have already received your registration confirmation and still need a room, please email Tim Mack at tmack@ilma.org for the reservation link. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's room block is Monday, March 10. Please review the agenda before reserving a room to avoid modifying your stay.

The ILMA room rate is available to registered attendees from Tuesday, April 1 through Saturday, April 5 while inventory lasts. A total of 15.25% in state and local taxes plus a California Tourism Fee of $0.90 per night will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. Limit one room per registered attendee.
The daily resort fee has been discounted to $15 for attendees in ILMA's room block. The discounted fee includes but is not limited to: high-speed wireless internet access, 24-Hour fitness center, onsite wellness and yoga classes, daily 2-hour bike rental fee for up to (2) guests, in-room premium coffee and tea maker, 10% discount on cabana rental, 10% discount on Spa Rosa retail purchase with a 50+ minute spa treatment, prevailing discount on greens fees at Indian Wells Golf Resort, shuttle cart transportation to Indian Wells Golf Resort, access to onsite pools/bocce ball/fire pits, EV charging station access, and priority reservations at onsite Grapefruit Basil Restaurant.

Registrants give permission for the Tommy Bahama Resort to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the Tommy Bahama Resort and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Tommy Bahama Resort providing ILMA the information.

Cancelation & Early Departure Fees at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.
